TTM’s Process:

• Enroll 500 physician offices in retrospective chart review project • Conduct random sampling of patients • Review over 22,000 charts across 5 states • Analyze data and prepare aggregate and individual physician reports • Proprietary educational tools provided to physicians (ClinAdvisor©, ClinProfiler©, Clinfax©) • TTM clinical pharmacists met face-to-face with all 500 physicians to discuss results and their perceptions of cholesterol management • Physician educational newsletters and faxes provided to physicians
