	Dr. Ed Perez, Pharm.D CEO /Co-Founder Dr. Perez has over fifteen years experience in healthcare and began his career in 1992 as a medical information scientist for AstraMerck, Inc. During three years at AMI, Dr. Perez not only gained experienced as Medical Liaison but also a Business Unit Manager. Setting up partnerships with the country's largest Managed Care companies, he also worked to help develop a number of outcomes-related programs. In 1995, Dr. Perez and Dr. Barry Patel co-founded Total Therapeutic Management, Inc. as a pharmacy utilization and quality improvement company. Over a decade later, Dr. Perez has helped guide TTM to a position as one of the healthcare industry's leading providers of information solutions that lead to better health outcomes. And today, Dr. Perez has provided his insight and services to more than 130 Managed
Care Organizations and the top Pharmaceutical companies in the country. Dr. Perez earned his Bachelor of Science in 1988 and his Doctorate of Pharmacy with honors in 1992. Dr. Perez is currently an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Mercer University. He is married with three children, and enjoys baseball, golf and coaching both his son's baseball teams.

	Dr. Barry Patel, Pharm.D President /Co-Founder Dr. Patel has over 15 years of healthcare experience and began his career in 1992 with Merck Pharmaceuticals. While at Merck, Dr. Patel helped to pioneer a position that allowed the company better partner with it's best managed care clients across the country. In 1995, Dr. Patel left Merck to co-found TTM with Dr. Ed Perez. Under their leadership, TTM has been recognized as a leader in the healthcare industry providing a unique way of improving quality through the abstraction and utilization of vital health information. As President and Co-Founder, Dr. Patel maintains many client relationships and is hands-on as it relates to strategy development and implementation among various facets of the organization.
As Co-Founders, both Dr. Patel and Dr. Perez have been recognized for their success at building a unique business model that helps companies get the vital, unbiased health information they need. Among many accolades, Dr. Patel and Perez were finalists for the 2004 Southeast Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Award. Dr. Patel received his Doctorate of Pharmacy in 1992 from Mercer University, Atlanta and is currently an Adjunct Professor in the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Mercer University. He is married, has two children, and stays busy with a host of social and charity endeavors.

	Dr. Thomas Stacy, Pharm.D COO Dr. Stacy joined TTM as a Clinical Pharmacy Consultant in 1995. His responsibilities at that time were to provide pharmacy management consultant services to the Company's managed care clients and to further expand the pharmacy management services provided by the Company. Dr. Stacy was promoted to Director of Operations in 1996 and later to Vice President of Operations in early 1999. He has been COO since 2005. Dr. Stacy is responsible for the direction and supervision of the Company's business in the areas of pharmacy and outcomes management and is also responsible for the continued development of the Company's current and future product lines. Dr. Stacy has been instrumental in the development of the Company's data management platforms and proprietary reporting tools.
Dr. Stacy was awarded the degree of Doctor of Pharmacy from Mercer University Southern School of Pharmacy in 1992. He is active in various professional organizations and serves as a Preceptor and Adjunct Professor for the Department of Pharmacy Practice at Mercer University Southern School of Pharmacy in Atlanta. He is married and enjoys trying to keep up with his two children.

	Aaron G Graff Jr, MBA, JD CFO and Chief Legal Counsel Mr. Graff has over 25 years in a variety of business endeavors and holds both a CPA license and a Law degree from Duke University. Mr. Graff started his career at Touche Ross (now Deloitte & Touche) in the late 1970s, and achieved partner in a short time, concentrating on Mergers and Acquisitions. Mr. Graff left Deloitte in 1994 to start his own finance and advisory firm and has advised on scores of business transactions and capital raises involving hundreds of millions of dollars. Most recently, Mr. Graff became COO of a portfolio company (SCI), raising approximately $10 million and ultimately selling the company to Electronic Arts (ERTS:NASDAQ). He is recognized for his strategic abilities and valued for a keen sense of business, law and finance. Mr. Graff provides strategic direction to TTM as it relates to Finances and synergistic alliances. Mr. Graff, is married and enjoys golf and travel.

	Dr. Kenneth Jones M.D. Chief Medical Advisor Dr. Kenneth Jones is currently in private practice in general, peripheral vascular and kidney transplantation surgery and he is published extensively in the field of renal transplantation. Dr. Jones serves as Total Therapeutic Management’s Chief Medical Adviser. Dr. Jones was in the managed care industry for over 12 years and was the Regional Medical Director for Principal Health Care in Jacksonville from 1989-2001. In this role he was responsible for quality improvement, formulary compliance and care outcome analysis and now is able to provide for TTM’s programs in these areas.Kenneth W. Jones, M.D., F.A.C.S. obtained his undergraduate degree from Cornell University in 1974 and his M.D. degree at Cornell University Medical College in 1978. Dr. Jones is a Diplomat of the American Board of Quality Assurance and Utilization Review Physicians, Diplomat of the American Board of Surgery, Fellow of the American College of Surgeons and a Fellow of the American Society of Transplant Surgeons. Dr. Jones is presently Chief of general surgery at St. Vincents Medical Center Jacksonville, Florida.
