CLIN PROFILER
The proprietary Clin-Profiler Report is an at-a-glance report that allows a physician to evaluate all patients that were involved in the medical chart review. By providing a practice summary, physicians can evaluate any highlighted areas of concern in their patient population and act upon them promptly. In addition, the Clin-Profiler can also provide comparisons to peers and national standards according to the needs of a particular project.

CLIN CONSULT
The proprietary Clin-Consult Report is a patient specific consultation form that summarizes all aspects of the patient chart in a concise 1 page report. The report allows a physician to observe the most important clinical performance measures for each patient chart reviewed and allows for effective patient encounters. In addition, any measure not attaining national standards will be highlighted on the consult form along with recommendations based on national guidelines. The Consult form can be customized to the needs of each project, however the goal is always to provide the most relevant patient specific information that can be used to improve that patient's health outcomes.

AGGREGATE REPORTS
Aggregate reports are created based on the protocol objectives. Key research findings are displayed in colorful graphical format and results are interpreted in a fully comprehensive written section. Aggregate reports help an organization to understand the overall status and progress of health in the population.
